I’m a happily married 30-something living with my husband and our fur baby, Griffin, in Brooklyn, NY. I’m in the throes of finishing up my doctoral dissertation, and this blog (while often sad and neglected), gives me a wonderful outlet and diversion for lighter topics. I love baking, food and wine, and exploring our neighborhood. I’m a master at finding online deals and discounts, and obsess over product reviews before I purchase anything.
‘Double-tail dog’ is a poem from one of my favorite childhood books – Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein – but also describes a state of being supremely happy. Don’t we all want to feel that way?
